1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Note: During high volume periods (e.g., holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update.

5. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your order is delayed or missing, reach out to us at support@golfteedoff.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses due to customer error.
